Matt Demir
Founder & CEO | Qualifying Broker
Matt Demir is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, business broker, and investment advisor with extensive experience in both real estate and banking. His unique combination of financial expertise and market knowledge allows him to help investors, business owners, and developers make informed decisions that drive long-term value.
Before founding XERA Realty Inc, Matt served as Director of Real Estate Investments at Murphy Land & Retail Services, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida, where he provided full-spectrum commercial real estate services with a focus on bank-owned assets (REOs), investment opportunities, and deal syndication.
Prior to his real estate career, Matt spent more than 14 years in the banking industry, holding leadership and business development roles with Atlantic Coast Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and Wells Fargo. His background in commercial lending, deal structuring, negotiation, and financing gives clients a distinct advantage when navigating complex commercial real estate transactions.
Today, Matt works closely with investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and developers to identify opportunities, structure successful transactions, and achieve their commercial real estate goals. His client-focused approach, strong industry relationships, and commitment to excellence have established him as a trusted advisor throughout Florida’s commercial real estate market.
