Matt Demir is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, business broker, and investment advisor with extensive experience in both real estate and banking. Before founding XERA Realty Inc, Matt served as Director of Real Estate Investments at Murphy Land & Retail Services, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida, where he provided full-spectrum commercial real estate services with a focus on bank-owned assets (REOs), investment opportunities, and deal syndication.

Prior to his real estate career, Matt spent more than 14 years in the banking industry, holding leadership and business development roles with Atlantic Coast Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and Wells Fargo. His background in commercial lending, deal structuring, negotiation, and financing gives clients a distinct advantage when navigating complex commercial real estate transactions.

Today, Matt works closely with investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and developers to identify opportunities, structure successful transactions, and achieve their commercial real estate goals.
