Shiv joins us with over 2 decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Having grown up in the industry, he developed a deep understanding of hotel operations, asset financial performance, and guest experience—a foundation that naturally evolved into a career centered around commercial real estate, particularly in hotel ownership, real estate development, and value‑add repositioning.

Over the last decade, Shiv has partnered with private equity and real estate asset management groups to structure and syndicate CRE investments, deepening his capabilities in underwriting, acquisitions, asset performance optimization, and long‑term value creation.

As Shiv moves into commercial real estate, he draws on his deep background in hospitality, and real estate syndication, to guide clients through the complexities of each transaction. His commitment to client service, combined with the strong industry relationships he has cultivated, enables him to serve as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor.
